The Bidvest Insurance Motor Channel team are hot off the ‘wheels’ of a highly successful nationwide F&I roadshow, with business partners and friends, Bidvest McCarthy and FMI.
In a business climate that seems to be getting tougher by the day, it can become difficult to separate yourself from the pack. A little research into the topic and a question that stands out through the articles and talks addressing the subject is; what is your why? Determining the answer to this question is key in achieving success and the point these journalists and speakers are trying to make is; It’s going be your passion and belief in yourself and your product that are going to be the driving force in distinguishing yourself from the rest. With this in mind, the team set off around the country under the theme of the ‘F&I Wildfire Roadshow’ and armed with the message of ‘IGNITE YOUR PASSION AND SEE THE RESULTS SPREAD LIKE WILDFIRE’.
The Wildfire sessions were greatly attended, and as word spread amongst the Bidvest McCarthy F&I’s, it was clear that this was not one to be missed. A BIG contributing factor to this was the powerful message delivered from Internationally acclaimed motivational speaker and author; Justin Cohen. With in-depth insight and understanding into the unique landscape that F&I’s operate in, Justin was able to take his 6-step ‘Pitch to Win’ process and adapt it so that it spoke specifically to F&I’s. The message was received loud and clear and it was greatly appreciated by members in attendance that Justin was able to craft a message that tapped into the psyche and culture of the real world F&I. Justin was followed by Jane Stirling, Dave Howell and Shawn Smit who gave industry and performance updates – an important message to make sure all eyes are on the prize.
As it is with these types of events, they always provide a great platform for teams and colleagues to catch up and reconnect. In the fast paced, non-stop, digital working culture of today, these types of moments are a welcomed breath of fresh air and a chance to refocus, regroup and re-energise.
